In addition to your statutory rights, Evolution Mats provides a 12-month warranty for all products used for personal household purposes starting from the date of purchase.If the product is found to be unusable upon receipt or if there is a major fault, you have the option to receive a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In the case of a minor failure, Evolution Mats may choose to repair the product or provide replacement parts. Alternative solutions can also be explored to ensure satisfaction for both parties.While many spare parts are readily available, some may need to be ordered from our suppliers on your behalf. Typically, most ordered parts arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
